    Description

The Massachusetts Office of Grants and Research (OGR) administers this state-funded opportunity for a Technical Assistance Provider to partner with community reentry programs serving emerging adults. The provider supports each funded program site through strategic, analytic, technical, and research assistance.

The broader Emerging Adult Reentry Initiative funds reentry programming for young adults with the goals of reducing recidivism and increasing public safety. Community program sites provide pre- and post-release services and work closely with a correctional partner to identify, serve, and monitor participants. This opportunity supports the technical assistance role within that initiative rather than the separate community reentry program application.
