It assists Massachusetts District Attorney’s Offices in strengthening human trafficking investigations and prosecutions, enhancing local community relationships, and building municipal law enforcement’s capacity to work on anti-trafficking cases.
The program also supports the expansion of victim-centered, multidisciplinary approaches to working with survivors. Its focus includes trauma-informed programming and support services that promote justice, access, and empowerment, alongside enforcement and prosecution efforts.
