The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center’s Access and Accelerate Grant Program helps early-stage Massachusetts life science companies overcome go-to-market and commercialization barriers that are difficult to finance through traditional investment or research funding. Unlike traditional R&D grants, it supports specialized expertise and services that reduce commercialization risk, including market validation, regulatory planning, reimbursement strategy, manufacturing planning, and investor readiness.
The program aims to accelerate company growth, private investment, federal funding success, strategic partnerships, product development, and market readiness while strengthening Massachusetts’ life sciences ecosystem. Applications are accepted quarterly, with different sector focuses. The Q4 2026 cycle focuses on medtech and medical devices; future cycle focuses are to be determined.
