Description
This program provides financial incentives for property owners and managers of multi-unit dwellings (with five or more residential units) and educational campuses (with at least 15 students on site) in Massachusetts to install Level 1 and Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The initiative aims to expand EV infrastructure, reduce transportation emissions, and increase access to charging for residents and students. Funding supports a substantial portion of hardware and installation costs, with specific requirements for equipment efficiency, accessibility, and equitable geographic distribution.
