Description
The Matching Enterprise Grants for Agriculture (MEGA) program provides targeted support to new and beginning farms in Massachusetts that have been operating for at least 1 year but no more than 10 years. The program delivers technical assistance—including mentorship and business planning—and offers matching grants to help these farms implement capital improvements (such as equipment or infrastructure) that are identified through the business planning process. The ultimate goal is to help early-stage farms become commercially viable operations.
