This grant supports associate affiliates of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) in developing and implementing creative projects that serve mathematics teachers and advance both NCTM's Strategic Framework and the affiliate’s own goals. The purpose is to encourage activities that increase the visibility of NCTM and its affiliates, build membership and revenue, or address significant needs within the mathematical community. Funded projects must be distinct from routine business operations and should include clear objectives, timelines, and methods for evaluating impact, as well as plans for publicly acknowledging NCTM and the Mathematics Education Trust.
