    The Mayo Clinic Fellow Leadership Academy is an annual, cohort-based professional development program designed to prepare fellowship-level trainees for leadership and faculty roles within academic medicine and healthcare. The Academy focuses on practical leadership skills, including administration, executive communication, financial literacy, strategic decision-making, meeting facilitation, contract negotiation, and academic career building.
