The program is part of Illumina’s effort to advance genomics research and its use in areas of clinical need.
Support takes the form of a medical research grant, investigator-sponsored research, or collaborative scientific research. For research grants and investigator-sponsored studies, the investigator initiates and leads the work. In collaborative research, Illumina and the investigator develop objectives together, with the investigator leading study design and execution alongside Illumina.
