The Medical Student Educators Development Institute (MSEDI) fellowship is a 12-month professional development program for faculty who teach medical students and wish to advance their careers in undergraduate medical education leadership. The fellowship combines in-person and virtual sessions, mentorship from experienced educators, and structured networking opportunities. Participants will develop and direct curriculum, master student evaluation and feedback, receive guidance on providing career advice, and learn strategies for recruiting preceptors and maintaining work-life balance. The program culminates with the presentation of a scholarly project at a national conference and fosters enduring professional relationships among fellows and faculty.
