The Medical Student Educators Development Institute (MSEDI) fellowship is a 12-month professional development program designed for faculty who teach medical students and aspire to leadership roles in undergraduate medical education. The fellowship combines in-person and virtual sessions, structured mentorship, and a supportive peer network to advance participants’ skills in curriculum design, student evaluation, career advising, preceptor network management, scholarly project development, and work-life balance.
