Description
The Medical Student Scholar Program provides medical students with an immersive introduction to interventional radiology (IR) early in their careers. Awardees receive complimentary registration to the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Annual Scientific Meeting, a $1,000 travel scholarship, and special recognition during the event. The program includes dedicated educational programming, a scholars reception, and networking opportunities designed specifically for medical students. The primary goal is to foster interest in IR, provide unique educational experiences, and connect students with IR leaders and peers.
