Description
The Medical Student Scholar Program, offered by the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), is designed to immerse medical students in the field of interventional radiology (IR) early in their medical training. Selected scholars receive complimentary registration to the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting, a $1,000 travel stipend, special recognition at the event, and access to exclusive programming, a scholars reception, and valuable networking opportunities. The program aims to foster a deeper understanding of IR and encourage ongoing engagement with the specialty among future physicians.
