Description
The Arkansas Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program (Flex Program) provides funding to support technical assistance and quality improvement activities for the state’s Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). The program aims to strengthen rural healthcare by enhancing CAHs’ financial and operational performance, supporting quality reporting and benchmarking, facilitating population health initiatives, and ensuring access to emergency medical services. The selected recipient will deliver educational and technical support, help CAHs meet federal quality improvement requirements, and coordinate quality assurance and reporting activities in compliance with state and federal laws.
