Description
The Society for Endocrinology’s Meeting Grant supports members organising endocrine events of different sizes, from small meetings to large conferences. The programme covers both clinical and scientific topics and accommodates conference formats, round table discussions and workshops. Its purpose is to help members bring people together around endocrinology through a range of meeting formats.
For conferences and large meetings, organisers are expected to contribute to a themed edition of one of the Society’s journals, where appropriate. The Society also welcomes discussions about other ways to collaborate on events, including possible incorporation into its Events and Training portfolio. Repeat funding for the same annual event is unlikely to be successful unless circumstances are exceptional.
