Description
The Melvene D. Hardee Dissertation of the Year Award recognizes emerging scholarship demonstrated through a completed dissertation. Presented by NASPA with support from the NASPA Foundation, it highlights findings relevant to student affairs in particular and postsecondary education more broadly. The award also honors the mentorship and graduate education that help shape new scholars.
The winning research reaches a wider audience through a workshop at the NASPA Annual Conference and consideration for publication in the Journal of Student Affairs Research and Practice.
