Description
The Mentored Research Training Grant (MRTG) from the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) is designed to foster the development of early-career anesthesiologists into independent physician-investigators. The grant supports research across all domains that advance patient care, including basic science, clinical, translational, health services, and education research. Awardees receive both funding and structured mentorship to build research skills, generate preliminary data, and produce publications necessary for securing future extramural funding.
