The Women's Dermatologic Society (WDS) Mentorship Award supports emerging dermatologists by funding travel for mentees to spend dedicated, one-on-one time with nationally and internationally recognized leaders in dermatology. The program is designed to foster professional growth, leadership development, and lasting professional relationships. In celebration of its 35th anniversary, the award now features five specialty mentorship tracks and expanded eligibility, welcoming all WDS members, including residents, junior faculty, and early-career dermatologists. The immersive mentorship experiences allow recipients to observe clinical care, participate in research, develop leadership skills, and bring new knowledge back to their home institutions and patients.
