Description
This opportunity supports the establishment and operation of an Older Adult Technical Assistance Center (OATAC) to enhance the quality and effectiveness of mental health services for older adults across New York State. The selected organization will provide programmatic, fiscal, and evaluation technical assistance to demonstration projects focused on aging in place for older adults in OMH supportive housing. The OATAC will deliver training, consultation, and resources to improve cross-system care coordination, address social determinants of health, promote equity, and support sustainability of geriatric mental health initiatives.
