    Description

    This one-year fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, provides advanced training in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous reconstructive surgery, laser and cosmetic procedures, and general dermatologic surgery. Fellows gain extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of skin malignancies and associated conditions, spending most of their time in the operating room. The program emphasizes procedural excellence, independent and critical thinking, leadership development, and patient-centered care. Fellows also participate in research, organize journal clubs, and receive formal didactic and leadership training. The program is designed to develop competent, ethical, and scholarly dermatologic surgeon leaders.
