Description
This grant supports Minnesota-based mid-career public artists in creating new, original, publicly accessible artwork anywhere in the state. Projects may be temporary or permanent and can span any artistic discipline, including visual arts, performance, dance, storytelling, photography, film, sculpture, painting, and more. The program emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encourages applications from artists of diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. The aim is to foster community benefit, artistic growth, and career advancement in public art.
