Description
The Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments administers Mineral Royalty Grants as part of its state-funded grants and loans programs. The program supports projects that alleviate an emergency posing a direct and immediate threat to public health, safety or welfare; comply with a federal or state mandate; or provide an essential public service.
The grants are authorized under Chapter 3 of the State Loan and Investment Board’s Rules and Regulations. The office administers grant and loan programs for Wyoming local governments and serves as staff to the State Loan and Investment Board, which approves grants and loans to cities, towns, counties and special districts.
