Description
The Forum for Theological Exploration (FTE) supports ministry professionals and church leaders in helping young adults discern a call to Christian ministry. Through a Ministry Exploration and Mentoring Project, leaders build meaningful mentoring relationships while helping young adults imagine how they might serve through the church, learn about traditional and innovative models of ministry, and connect reflection with the life of faith communities.
Projects may involve visits with pastoral leaders or congregations, short ministry internships, ministry networks or gatherings, or exploration of a cause or practice a congregation could engage. Mentors help young adults process those experiences and consider their next steps in ministry.
