    Description

The Minnesota Department of Education offers LSTA Professional Development Travel Grants to help paid staff in Minnesota libraries attend regional or national library conferences and continuing education opportunities. Funded through the Library Services and Technology Act Grants to States program, this second round connects participants’ identified professional development needs with those of their libraries.

The program supports learning and networking that help staff develop essential skills, increase their impact, and bring best practices back to their libraries and patrons. Applications address how attendance will improve library services, advance staff development goals, and support sharing new knowledge with colleagues or the wider library field.
