Description
The Minnesota Port Development Assistance Program provides capital investment grants to Minnesota’s public port authorities. Administered by the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s Office of Freight and Commercial Vehicle Operations, it aims to improve access to waterway transportation for Minnesota industries and the public.
