Key Information: A 2–3-minute project video and a plan to communicate results to Minnesota soybean growers are required.
The Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council (MSR&PC) invites investigators and collaborators to submit pre-proposals for its FY27 research cycle. The Research Action Team includes representatives from MSR&PC and the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association. Its mission is to help farmers turn discoveries from unbiased science into sound environmental and agronomic decisions that increase profits.
The call supports soybean pest management, agronomic research and technology transfer, and soybean breeding, molecular genetics and functional genomics. Projects should deliver direct benefits to Minnesota soybean producers and investigate statewide solutions, generally through multiple locations. Multi-state collaboration is allowed. Proposals addressing the listed grower-assessed priorities receive first consideration; work outside those priorities is considered afterward and receives reduced consideration.
