Description
The Michigan Arts and Culture Council (MACC), Michigan’s state arts agency administered through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, runs the Mission Support Grant Program. The program supports arts and cultural organizations providing programs and services throughout Michigan, helping citizens and communities benefit from the civic, economic, and educational contributions of arts and culture.
Support spans organizational needs and public experiences, from operations, facilities, and equipment to professional development, field trips, and arts education programming. Applicants may submit one grant application requesting support in any or all five funding categories. The program advances MACC’s vision of a Michigan where communities celebrate creative expression and every person has access to, or participates in, arts and cultural experiences.
