Michigan’s Safeguarding Tomorrow Revolving Loan Fund (MiSTRLF), administered by the Michigan State Police Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division, offers low-interest loans to eligible Michigan communities and tribes for hazard mitigation projects. The program’s goal is to reduce vulnerability to disasters, foster community resilience, and minimize disaster-related losses by supporting infrastructure improvements, flood control, and other eligible mitigation activities.
