Description
Mitacs AI Advantage connects Canadian organizations with students, postdoctoral fellows and eligible recent graduates through paid placements supporting AI adoption and innovation. ADOPT helps organizations, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, move from readiness to implementation through assessments, roadmaps, implementation planning, deployment and optimization. It also supports internal capacity-building, AI literacy and readiness.
AI+X supports advanced research and development combining AI and sector expertise to create new knowledge, methods, products or solutions. Projects must centrally develop, adapt or deploy AI tools to address a defined business, operational, scientific, social or technological challenge. Data, infrastructure and cybersecurity work can qualify when enabling a defined AI adoption initiative. No specific research theme is required.
