Funding Amounts: Up to $150,000 for one year, $325,000 for two years, or $500,000 for three years

Description
Missouri Building Entrepreneurial Capacity (MOBEC) is administered by Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC), a public-private partnership promoting entrepreneurship and emerging high-tech companies. The program strengthens nonprofit organizations supporting entrepreneurs who commercialize new technologies, build high-growth companies, and create sustainable, high-paying private-sector jobs in Missouri.
MOBEC funds both individual projects and organizational operations. Supported activities include access to capital, entrepreneurial mentoring and networking, training and education, and commercialization assistance. Proposals should align with the Catalyzing Innovation Report and MTC's Implementation Plan, including strategies to increase investment capital, help companies grow and scale, convert research into market opportunities, encourage entrepreneurship, and connect Missouri communities.
