Description
The Moe Family Fund for Statewide and Local Partners, administered by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, supports projects that strengthen preservation organizations and address pressing issues in the preservation field. Its three focus areas are advocacy, capacity building, and climate change. Projects may connect these priorities, but applicants must select one main category and may describe overlap with a second category.
The fund encourages work beyond an organization’s existing activities, as well as initiatives that take established programs to a new level. Projects may stand alone or form part of a larger initiative. Priority goes to innovative, impactful, and replicable work, particularly projects that encourage collaboration and innovative partnerships or can attract additional financial support. Supported activities include research, training, community workshops, media campaigns, and project-specific staff and professional expertise.
