Description

This grant supports U.S. scholars to engage in both teaching and research at the School of Biology, Universidad de Murcia, Spain. The award focuses on postgraduate education (M.Sc. and Ph.D. programs) in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, with teaching responsibilities in theory and practical lessons, including emerging technologies and support for student seminars. Research activities span several specialized groups (immunology, inflammation and cancer, biomembranes, microbial physiology, genomics, and bioinformatics), with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. Scholars are integrated into the university community, benefit from a resource-rich academic environment, and are encouraged to participate in local and academic life. All instruction is in English.
