Description
Sponsored by the Fulbright Commissions in Rabat and Madrid, this joint award supports scholars in all disciplines at Moroccan and Spanish universities, higher education institutions, cultural centers, and research centers. Comparative projects addressing issues linking Morocco and Spain are strongly encouraged, particularly work heightening awareness of their shared environmental, historical, and cultural connections.
Scholars may teach undergraduate or graduate courses, conduct research chosen independently or designated by hosts, mentor students, and assist with faculty, curriculum, or program development. Activities may also include lectures, seminars, workshops, and engagement with host communities. Proposals are evaluated for academic excellence and their potential to increase mutual understanding and sustain future collaboration among Morocco, Spain, and the United States.
