--- ## Description The Mount Rest Fund, managed by the East Tennessee Foundation, continues a legacy of supporting women, children, and youth in Knox County, Tennessee. Originally established to care for elderly women with limited means, the fund now supports nonprofit projects that address early childhood education, drivers of health, and the prevention or mitigation of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
