Description
This grant funds the creation of novel, ambitious partnerships between researchers to advance understanding of human health, disease causes, and mechanisms. It is designed to support collaborative activities or capabilities that add value to high-quality research, such as multidisciplinary networking, infrastructure support, specialist data platforms, and capacity building in unmet areas. The focus is on partnerships that underpin or complement existing or future research, accelerate diagnosis, advance treatment, and prevent human illness. The grant encourages global perspectives and equitable international collaboration, aiming to benefit both the research community and wider society. Importantly, this is not a research project grant, but is intended to foster innovative, strategic partnerships.
