Key Information: Secondments require physical, full-time mobility between independent legal entities in different countries.
MSCA Staff Exchanges is a Horizon Europe programme supporting collaborative research and innovation through staff secondments between participating organisations. Academic and non-academic organisations, including SMEs, participate worldwide, with cooperation involving non-associated third countries strongly encouraged. The programme is open to all research and innovation domains and includes research, technical, administrative and managerial staff supporting these activities.
Projects use complementary organisational expertise to transfer knowledge, test innovative approaches and generate or strengthen long-term collaborations. Secondments are combined with networking, workshops and conferences. Expected benefits include stronger research and transferable skills, improved career prospects, entrepreneurial thinking, and better communication with scientific peers and the public. Participating organisations should gain broader collaborative networks and increased research and innovation capacity.
