    Description

    The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) Multifamily Rental Production program provides financing and tax credits to support the development, acquisition, and rehabilitation of affordable rental housing across Missouri. Funding is available through several mechanisms, including federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, the National Housing Trust Fund, and other state resources.
