Mayo Clinic’s Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune Neurology Fellowship is a one-year program in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering comprehensive clinical neuroimmunology training alongside clinical and translational research opportunities. Fellows develop expertise in diagnostic evaluation and acute and longitudinal management of multiple sclerosis, NMOSD, MOGAD, and other autoimmune neurological disorders through outpatient care and inpatient consultations.
Research experiences are tailored to fellows’ interests and career goals, with options in clinical research, clinical trials, and basic science. Mentorship supports investigator-initiated clinical research and projects involving advanced neuroimaging, epidemiology, or immunology. Fellows also participate in Arizona-based and Mayo Clinic-wide lectures, case conferences, and discussions, with access to subspecialty and research conferences and multidisciplinary clinical rotations.
