Description
The Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments administers this grant and loan program under Chapter 35 of the State Loan and Investment Board’s rules. It supports the work involved in ceasing operations at a municipal solid waste facility and arranging for waste transfer.
Eligible activities include capping a closed landfill and other closure-related expenses, such as engineering, geological, and other professional services. The program also supports construction or acquisition of appropriate solid waste transfer facilities and equipment, including acquisition of real property for cease and transfer activities.
