Description
The Inclusive Beauty Fund is an NAACP grant program delivered in partnership with L’Oréal USA and in collaboration with Deed. Through support for NAACP Empowerment Programs, the partnership funds entrepreneurs in the beauty industry, aiming to level the playing field and advance equitable opportunities. It also seeks to help beauty businesses endure, sustaining the services and community they provide.
The program takes a broad view of the beauty industry, supporting new and existing businesses across beauty services, education, and entrepreneurship. Examples include salons, spas, barber shops, stylists, makeup artists, haircare specialists, beauty schools, entrepreneurs, and startup founders. The 2026 round continued L’Oréal’s support with an additional six grants.
