The NAEd/Spencer Postdoctoral Fellowship is a prestigious, non-residential fellowship designed to advance the research careers of early-career scholars whose work promises significant contributions to the field of education. Fellows receive funding to support a year of focused research, participate in a series of professional development retreats, and receive mentorship from senior scholars affiliated with the National Academy of Education (NAEd). The program is open to scholars from any discipline whose research centrally addresses education, broadly defined. Each year, 20 fellows are selected for this competitive opportunity.
