Over an eight-week period, interns will work with mentors to develop their own archives-based projects or collaborate on research identified by Indigenous communities. The program emphasizes professional development, networking, and peer support within a vibrant intellectual community, focusing on Indigenous cultures and supporting future careers in Native American and Indigenous Studies, archives, and related fields.
