Description
This grant supports projects in Wales that aim to bring people together and improve communities. Funding is available for new or ongoing activities, as well as for helping organisations adapt to changing circumstances. Priority is given to initiatives that foster strong relationships within and across communities, enhance important community places and spaces, help people reach their potential through early support, and assist those facing increased demands and challenges, such as those created by the cost-of-living crisis.
