Description
This opportunity provides funding under the Native Hawaiian Health Care Improvement Act (NHHCIA) to support programs aimed at elevating the health status of Native Hawaiians. The program funds both administrative functions and direct health care services. One award will be made to Papa Ola Lokahi (POL) for administrative purposes, and up to five awards will support certified Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems (NHHCS) providing comprehensive health promotion, disease prevention, and primary health services tailored to their island communities. The funding cycle will cover fiscal years 2027 through 2031. This is a limited competition program.
