Description
The Natural Community Conservation Planning Local Assistance Grant (NCCP LAG) Program provides funding to local public agencies, tribes, and non-profit organizations to implement high-priority conservation actions under approved Natural Community Conservation Plans (NCCPs) throughout California. The program aims to advance habitat and species protection through urgent and essential management, restoration, monitoring, and planning activities that go beyond routine management or regulatory mitigation requirements.
