--- ## Description The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeks innovative proposals for basic and applied research that can advance Navy and Department of Defense capabilities. The BAA covers a broad spectrum of technical topic areas, including but not limited to radar, information sciences, cybersecurity, high-performance computing, materials science, energy systems, oceanography, atmospheric sciences, remote sensing, and space technology. This opportunity is highly competitive and open to a wide range of applicants, including universities, small businesses, minority institutions, and other organizations. The BAA is structured to encourage the submission of White Papers addressing specific research topics, as outlined in the current solicitation and its appendices. If a White Paper is of interest, the applicant will be invited to submit a full proposal.
