Description
The NCFDD Faculty Success Program is a 12-week, intensive, online professional development initiative designed to help full-time faculty at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign boost research productivity, master academic time management, and improve work-life balance. Through empirically tested methods, participants benefit from structured accountability, coaching, and peer support. The Office of the Provost offers matching funds to eligible faculty to help cover the cost of participation, with the expectation that recipients will share insights gained with the broader university community. The program is open to tenure-stream and specialized faculty who are active NCFDD members.
