Description
The NCFDD Faculty Success Program is a 12-week, online-based professional development initiative designed to help faculty members at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign enhance research productivity, master academic time management, and foster work-life balance. The program uses empirically tested methods and includes intensive accountability, coaching, and peer support. Participants set and achieve personal and professional goals, develop sustainable writing routines, and overcome barriers to productivity, all within a supportive academic community.
