--- ## Description The NCTE Promising Researcher Award honors early-career scholars who have recently completed dissertations or comparable independent research in English or language arts education. Established by the NCTE Committee on Research, the award is designed to spotlight innovative, rigorous research that contributes meaningful new perspectives to topics such as language development, literature, composition, teacher education, and linguistics.
