Description
The NDRI Fellows Program at RAND, offered through the Federal Executive Fellowship (FEF) program, provides selected Navy and Marine Corps officers the opportunity to engage in high-level research and policy analysis at RAND. Fellows work closely with RAND experts, contribute to national security and defense projects, and develop their analytical and leadership abilities. The fellowship is intended to broaden professional perspectives and foster growth through direct involvement in RAND’s work on defense and strategic issues.
