Description

The NEDCorps Immigrant Support Grants, an initiative of the Northeast Dutchess Fund through the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, are designed to reduce poverty and increase financial resiliency among individuals and families in northeast Dutchess County, with a focus on the region’s immigrant population. The program encourages the development of new programs or the expansion of existing services for immigrants by nonprofits, municipalities, community organizations, and civic entities. Emphasis is placed on collaborative projects and expanding established programs into the region, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the nonprofit infrastructure and improving outreach and service delivery to immigrants.
