The Neighborhood Grants program is designed to strengthen Rhode Island’s civic and cultural fabric by supporting resident-led projects that foster social networks, enhance collaboration, and promote community engagement. The program encourages initiatives that build lasting relationships, elevate public spaces as community anchors, help groups identify and solve local challenges, and celebrate neighborhood traditions through volunteerism, arts, and cultural activities.
