This grant program provides funding for NetVUE member colleges and universities to develop or expand programming that supports students in exploring and discerning callings to leadership roles in communities of faith. The initiative encourages the creation or enhancement of programs that connect students with local faith communities, offer professional development for faculty and staff, and foster meaningful relationships and leadership skills. Special consideration is given to proposals addressing justice, reconciliation, and equitable access for all students.
Programs may be interdisciplinary and should actively involve faith community leaders near campus, aiming to cultivate student leadership and spiritual discernment. The grant is intended to offset one-time costs of program development and implementation, not to replace existing institutional expenditures.
