This grant provides funding to NetVUE member colleges and universities to support professional development activities for faculty and staff, with the goal of strengthening undergraduate vocational exploration initiatives. Activities funded may include reading groups, retreats, workshops, bringing in speakers, and other efforts that build institutional capacity for supporting students' vocational discernment. Special emphasis is given to projects that broaden participation and address diversity, equity, and inclusion. The program is administered by the Council of Independent Colleges with support from Lilly Endowment Inc.
